How is FITBOX different? The Atlantic Club teamed up with world renowned Gleason’s Boxing Gym trainer and amateur fighter Jackie Atkins to train our instructors and introduce a curriculum that focuses on proper boxing form & technique.
FITBOX isn’t cardio kickboxing, it’s true boxing in a group class environment. But training like a boxer isn’t just hitting a bag — it’s strength, agility, endurance, coordination, and mental fitness. A total mind-body workout.
FITBOX will help you burn fat & build lean muscle. Boxers are some of the leanest, fittest, and most well-trained athletes, both physically and mentally. In boxing, there’s little benefit to having oversized muscles, so a boxer’s training regimen is designed to be effective in building excellent core muscles, cardiovascular fitness, and be toned from head to toe.
